The Summary Plan Description (SPD) is the legal document written by Broaster Company's ERISA counsel to summarize the formal (and far more lengthy) Plan Document. It is available here as an Acrobat .pdf file.

Administrative Contacts and Responsibilities

Primary responsibility for day-to-day Plan administration transitioned to Compensation & Capital, the Plan’s Third-Party Administrator (TPA), in August, 2006. The predominance of participant interface with the TPA is accomplished over this website.

Participants without internet access must transact Plan business through the Broaster Company’s In-House Plan Representative. In the interest of providing a smooth restructuring process, and to accommodate those employee/participants with limited internet access, administrative responsibilities will be shared by a team including:
