Administrative Contacts and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for day-to-day Plan administration is held by Compensation & Capital Administrative Services, Inc. (CCAS), the Plan's Third-Party Administrator (TPA). The predominance of participant interface with the TPA is accomplished over links within this website and by e-mail to their participant service associates team at [email protected]. The CCAS team reaponds to e-mail inquiries during normal business hours (until approximately 5pm MT) and can arrange for a phone call when a conversation will more effectively answer your needs.
