Administrative Contacts and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility for day-to-day Plan administration is held by Compensation & Capital Administrative Services, Inc. (CCAS), the Plan's Third-Party Administrator (TPA). The predominance of participant interface with the TPA is accomplished over links within this website and by e-mail to their participant service associates team at [email protected]. The CCAS team responds to e-mail inquiries during normal business hours (approximately 9amCT thru 6pmCT) and can arrange for a phone call when a conversation will more effectively answer your needs. If you do not have an e-mail account, we strongly recommend that you establish one. When you do so, be sure that you update us with its e-mail address via an e-mail to us at [email protected].
